Jim Ross is currently battling the flu and will not be able to call the Royal Rumble on Sunday night. Ross updated his condition on his Twitter account earlier:

"The flu is a bear. Trip to hospital last nite for chest x-ray. Back to Dr's ofc this am for results & to eliminate pneumonia as possibility."

-- Wade Barrett tweeted the following on Wednesday night:

Just bumped into Papa Shango at Hooters. Told me he's entering the @WWE #RoyalRumble this year. Can't wait, one of my faves.

This is a yearly joke that Barrett plays on the fans. There are zero plans for Papa Shango to appear at the Royal Rumble.
