The 4/13 Lockdown didn't get off to a good start ticket wise at the 7,800-seat Tsongas Arena. At last word, TNA had only sold two rows at ringside. Those seats are priced at $150 each. The lowest ticket prices are $20.
For the upcoming World Cup, the U.S. team is expected to consist of Chris Sabin, Alex Shelley, Jay Lethal and Sonjay Dutt. The Canadian team will likely be made up of Petey Williams, Johnny Devine, Tyson Dux, and one other member.
Following the 3/27 live iMPACT!, TNA has no plans to go live. TNA will remain taping iMPACT! on Monday and Tuesdays.
CMLL stand out Mistico has sent feelers to TNA.
In what may be a first, a person affiliated or formerly affiliated with TNA is on the front page of Yahoo.com. Yesterday, former TNA announcer Leticia Cline was featured on the front page of Yahoo.com under the entertainment section promoting the season debut of "Beauty and the Geek" on The CW. The front page of Yahoo showed Cline's publicity glamour shot, and next to it is a shot of her "uglified" and looking homely. You can see the full shot at Yaho.com-6. The caption reads: "Leticia goes from chic to geek on the 5th season of Beauty and the Geek." The front page headline reads: "TV beauties get a drastic nerd makeover." If you missed last night's show, you can catch the replay on the Fox Reality Channel next Monday afternoon. New episodes air every Tuesday night at 8.
