The crowd inside the park is about half of what was lined up for the January 4th show. However, the line looks pretty big now that they brought non-park guests in. Key words are that "non-park guests" got in, unlike the 4th.
We got moved from outside to the main holding area around 6pm. We haven't moved since. Jimmy Hart came out 45 or so minutes ago and signed a few autographs and took a few pictures.
8:03: Still standing in line. They were showing Taz and Mike Tenay setting up on the TV outside the Impact Zone. Nothing else happening
Before the Broadcast:
Penzer in the ring announcing the broadcast teams.
Penzer did the usual offer free stuff to the audience for being loud.
So Cal Val does trivia too. They also claim that the loudest fan gets to go backstage. They offer this every show..
No Brooke Hogan yet in the audience.
The stands are now fully filled.
Big RVD chant by the crowd when Penzer said that they might have surprises.
Hogan & Abyss vs. Flair & Styles:
Brooke showed up right before the match started.
Aftermath:
They are changing the ring apron.
Brooke headed to the back.
Hogan was bleeding pretty good.
Anderson vs. Angle lumberjack match according to the kids talking in the crowd.
After X-Division bout:
Shannon Moore stayed in the ring for a few seconds and then took off during the promo. When it ended they left the camera on showing people milling around backstage look at scripts. Hope that wasn't on TV!
New TNA women tag champs to be crowned tonight if I heard Penzer right.
Aftermath of RVD vs. Sting:
The crowd went nuts for RVD. The pit literally became a mosh pit.
The Hogan beat down may have went into the commercial.
Before the Band confronted Nash & Young: Nash and Young in the ring now. Nash is holding something written. Guessing we're back.
Nash hyped up the crowd. Said that there are some wrestling fans here. Said the last time a company overtoke McMahon he was with the company. Says he feels that tonight. Said the fans make the decision. TNA is the best product going. Thanked the fans.
After Young vs. Waltman: Hung out quiet for a while. Crowd chanted for Eric Young. Nash tried to say something but his mic was cut.
Before Angle vs. Anderson: Right before they came back from commercial a Hall is wasted; Waltman's high chant started. Not sure if you could hear it on TV when it started again.
Lots of fire Bubba chants. LOTS!
The signs used during the Warfighter angle were handed out by TNA. Segment had lots of USAs.
Jarrett vs. Beer Money Not sure what happened on TV but they showed the JJ - Beer Money segment on the screen, nothing happened for a second and then they came out. Storm was on the mic talk serious crap on the crowd, using choice words and even spitting beer on a guy in the crowd. They then continued to beat up JJ.
