-- Tampa Bay Online is reporting that Hulk Hogan's lawsuit against Wells Fargo Insurance will go back to state court. Hogan is suing the insurance company based on the fact that he believes that Wells Fargo failed to inform him that he needed additional insurance when his "exposure to risk" grew. This in turn left Hogan financially unprepared for the judgment brought against him in the John Graziano case. Wells Fargo had tried to bring the case to federal court, but the judge sided with Hogan, and it will now be heard n Pinellas County state court in Florida.
